How the boiler control works?



 Answer 

The boiler control is a very energy friendly control. The boiler only produce heat when it is needed in the greenhouse.
The boiler produces hot water. What the temperature of this water should be, depends on the situation in the greenhouse and the outside conditions (see also heating pre control). 
Therefore the temperature of the boiler is computed by looking at the highest required pipe temperature of the departments. 

Example 1 
The highest required pipe temperature is in greenhouse department 2 = 75°C



Therefore the boiler has to produce water with a temperature of at least 75°C. If the heat demand of other greenhouses suddenly increase the boiler has to react to prevent a shortage of hot water. In that situation the burner position will be increased to produce more heat.
