The setpoints for the heating circuit can be found as follows:
The pipe temperature will be controlled in case of:
- Too low greenhouse temperature
- Too high RH
Heating circuit – Greenhouse temperature
The setpoint for the greenhouse temperature in this case is 20 °C.
The heating circuit is released if the measured greenhouse temperature is 1 °C below the setpoint.
The calculation of the pipe temperature depends on the deviation from the greenhouse temperature.
The calculated pipe temperature is limited by the minimum and maximum pipe temperature.
Heating circuit – RH
The minimum pipe is increased if the measured RH is above 90%.
At a measured RH of 95% the calculated pipe temperature is 35 °C.
The calculated pipe temperature for RH:
Measured RH % | Calculated pipe temperature for RH °C |
89 | 20 |
90 | 20 |
91 | 23 |
92 | 26 |
93 | 29 |
94 | 32 |
95 | 35 |
96 | 35 |
