IIVO - Building visualization background picture

A visualization in IIVO consists of a background picture on which parameters are set.



The background picture above can be made with Microsoft Visio or with draw.io.

How to use draw.io?

  1. Type draw.io into the address line of a browser.
  2. Then choose Create New Diagram or Open Existing Diagram

Create New Diagram

  1. Choose Blank Diagram
  2. Click Create


  3. Indicate where your new visual should be saved and the name of the visual


  4. Your new blank visual will be opened by draw.io

Add shapes

  1. Download the shape files added as attachments below this article
  2. Open the explorer to view the shape files
  3. Drag the files onto the draw.io worksheet


  4. Now drag the shapes onto the worksheet
