IIVO - Troubleshooting Aspirator box

Greenhouse temperature is not measured properly with a dry/wet bulb aspirator box

  1. At a distance (online)
    1. Carefully read the installation manual on the PartnerWiki
    2. Check whether real time values are received in I/O CONFIGURATION
    3. Check whether the matrix is correct and no incorrect offset has been entered
    4. Check whether input is linked to the correct software

  2. On sight (local presence)
    1. Check the location of the aspirator box

    2. Check maintenance of the aspirator box

    3. Check the resistance value of the sensor with a universal meter (500 ohms at 0°C; +2 ohms per °C)

    4. Check the current value from the transmitter with a universal meter
        
    5. Check the led of the measuring channel (off=ok, on=not connected/not correct connected)

    6. Check the current value of the transmitter on the Data Connector with a universal meter
    7. If necessary, try a different measuring channel
  3. If necessary, inform the customer of the maintenance and location of the aspirator box
