How can I set the color and type of a silo or basin for a visualization?

 Answer

The type and color of a silo or a basin can be set at the 'Silo' setting list. This setting list can be found on the following path.
Hoogendoorn > Control Water > Water tank
This setting is not included in the standard settings list. This will have to be added manually or you create a new settings list for this (available from version 9).

1.      Right-click in the user field, click on 'New' and then choose 'New settings list'.


2.      Name the new setting list 'Silo type'


3.      Click on '+' to add the correct setting.


4.      Enter 'Visual' in the search field and click on 'Find'. Select 'Visualization picture type' and click on 'Select'.


5.      Open the selection list and select the desired color and type.



6.      Eight colors are available with the choice 'Silo'. 


7.      Four colors are available with the choice 'Bassin'.


On the basis of the silo level measurement, 11 different levels can be visually displayed.
