How to use Check-IT module and how to set hem up?

Check-IT module
“ With Check-It module in Work-IT you are able to value the quality of your employees work, so not only the quantity is taken into consideration but also the quality of this quantity performance"
Note: The Check-IT module is a paid module and only available if it is in the licence.
The preparing Settings
1- Tracking.
2- Inspection Templates.
Lets fill for example an inspection Template with the name " Twisting" for inspecting the task "Twisting" as follow:
Explanation of the screen shown above:
Name
Name of inspection template. you can make new one by clicking on "New"
Type
Refers to an inspection figure based on a day or week. Here choose "Week"
(in this case the quality grade will be given for the whole week for the same task and employee)
Target
Is the inspection based on a path, cart or employee? Here i chose "Path"
Basic score
The start value that applies to the inspection.
Tasks
Summary of tasks that will be inspected.
Process grade (score) directly to quality without inspection
The score given during the inspection is immediately processed and can be used in the Billboard-IT display (slideshow), for example.
This is preferred when running "Check-IT", this allows you to see the result more quickly when inspections have been made.
Process the figure to all tasks
This function enables the given score to be applied to all tasks in the overview.
Max. number of days between execution and inspection
The maximum number of days between the execution and inspection. When linking inspections, this setting must be taken into account. Here i chose "5".
Is active
When this option is ticked, the Templates can be used for inspections.
Insight into the score distribution that applies as assessment standard for the inspection template. .
Measurement values
The Add function at the bottom, can be used to add (new) measurement values to the template.
Short display text
The text that is visible in the Check-IT app
Long display text
The text that is visible in the reports
Type
Type of measurement, there are two types of measurement (Choices - Ranges)
Sequence
Sequence of measurement values to be inspected

Don't forget to click on "Save" when you finish.
Creating inspection plan
1- Tracking.
2- Inspection plan.
3- Click on "New" to make new plan. (or "Open" to open an old plan for in case of new changes)
4- Fill the following fields:
Explanation of the screen shown above:
Description
Name of inspection plan. for example "Plan 1"
Executor (Inspector)
The inspector is the person who conducts the inspection. This person sees the inspection plan in the Check-IT App. Only employees who have been designated users in Work-IT and linked as a user, can be selected. Here i chose the user "HGM"
Status
When the status of 'Plan ready to use' is set to active, the inspection plan will become available in the Check-IT App. Now he's just set on "New".
Comments
Extra field for supplementary information.
5- Click on "Generate plan lines" to generate the lines for this new plan.
Explanation of the screen shown above:
Inspection template
This function is used to link the inspection template to the applicable inspection.Here i chose "Twisting"
Task
This function is used to link the tasks that are to be inspected. Here i chose " 299 Twisting"
Employee filter
This function determines the employees for which the registrations on the set task must be retrieved. Here i chose all employees.
Location filter
This function determines the locations for which the registrations on the set task must be retrieved. Here i chose "Greenhouse 1"
Only employees without inspection filter
When generating the inspection, this function ensures that only those employees who have not yet had an inspection within the inspection period are selected (expected inspection date - number of days reviewed from inspection template).
Expected inspection date
Displays date on which the inspection is expected to be carried out. Here i chose " 05/23/2016"
Show employee
If this function is ticked, the inspector will see the employee's name in the App.
Generate button
The Generate function is used to retrieve registration details for the selected task, employees and location.
Employee
Employees who have worked on the task are shown here.
6- Click on "Generate"
Right display (Greenhouse plan):
The greenhouse plan shows registrations that are used to determine the paths and sequence of inspections In the greenhouse plan, the registrations have 3 colours with the following meaning:
- Yellow, is the selected employee
- Green is for the other employee paths that are to be inspected
- Blue is for other path options for the selected employee.
Right-clicking on a path enables another path to be selected for the employee instead of the first selected path. This enables a handy selection of paths to be made for the inspection plan.
7- When the right selection of paths has been made, click on Add rows to inspection plan at the bottom, and the screen will automatically switch to the "Inspection plan" tab.
- A row can be added manually too, using the "Add" function.
- In the greenhouse plan, the white figures in the blue paths indicate the sequence of inspections. The path sequence can be changed using the "Determine order by clicking on paths" function, then click on the paths one by one to determine the order of the inspection.
8- Click on "Set Plan ready to use" then inspection plan will become available in the Check-IT App.
You can see that the status is changed now into "Ready to use"
Don't forget to click "Save" when you finish.
Working on Check-IT app
Setting up the profile on the Check-IT app:
1- Open Check-IT app on your mobile, then tap on settings icon (upper-right corner)
2- Tap on "Profiles"
3- Tap on "+" (upper-right corner) to create new profile.
4- Fill in with the right information, then tap on "Save" icon (upper-right corner) to save and lg in with this profile.
After setting up the Check-IT app on the mobile and open it.
You can give inspections via the plan or without the plan or just give the quality grade directly to an employee.
(a) Via Plan
1- Tap on "Renew masterdata" to refresh any changes and synchronizing it from Work-IT database.
Then if connection was good then you will get "Ready" for all elements.
2- Go back to the main menu and tap on "My inspection plans" and choose the inspection plan "Plan 1"
3- Tap on the first row for you inspection (Here Row 165) and full in the inspection, then tap on save icon (in top-right corner), next tap on "Yes" if you don't want to override the score.
4- Tap on "Next" to go to the next row in the plan , or "Overview" to go back to the plan overview and choose manually the next one, Here i chose "Overview"
You can see that the first row inspection is sent to the Work-IT database, and next to this row came the word "Executed".
(b) Without a Plan
1- From the main menu tap on "Inspection", then tap on the inspection template for example "Twisting"
2- fill in the inspection, then tap on save icon (in top-right corner), next tap on "Yes" if you don't want to override the score.
(c) Giving the quality grade directly to an employee
Just tap on "Give quality grade", then fill in the information needed then tap on save icon (in top-right corner).
Link inspections
The Link inspections screen is used to link inspections that are not automatically linked.
1- Tracking
2- Link inspection
3- Select the inspection that we just made in the Check-IT app which is not been linked yet to a registration.
Note: The not linking reason here was because i used an old demo registration from year 2016 while the inspection was almost 4 years later !!!
4- Choose the execution date (Here was 23-05-2016) and the employee (Here was 721 Employee_721)
5- Click on "Save" in order to link the inspection to the registration.
Explanation of the screen shown above:
Inspection date
The date of the actual inspection.
Execution date
The date when the work that is being inspected was actually carried out.
Employees
Employee that is inspected.
Get link suggestions
On the basis of the inspection date and location, the system can determine which inspections can be automatically linked.
Inspections
Here you can see all linked (automatically or manually) inspections .
1- Tracking
2- Inspection
3- Choose the inspection Type "Week"
4- Choose the execution week.
5- Select the inspection to see it's details.
The details of the inspection can be viewed or, if necessary, corrected under inspection details.
Explanation of the screen shown above:
Type
Type of inspection that must be shown in the list: daily or weekly inspections.
Day
Day on which the inspections must be shown
Week
Week in which the inspections must be shown
Show only lines with inspections
If this option is off, all of the employees for whom tasks have been registered will be shown, with or without inspections.
Process inspection grade
Processing the inspection grade (score) will apply it to the bonus and this can then be shown in a slide show.
So After clicking on "Process inspection grade" , don't forget to click on "Save"
