Question
How do I work with +Active Air heating?
Answer
The Active Air heating is used in the following situations:
The computed temperature of the heating element is between the minimum and maximum temperature.
The pump is switched on when the computed temperature is higher than "temperature pump on".
When the outside air temperature is lower than the "frost protection threshold" then the temperature of the element is controlled on 10 °C in the example above.
The heating element can be used in 2 different situations:
- To control the air temperature into the tube
- As heating circuit like a rail pipe circuit or a grow pipe circuit to control the greenhouse temperature
1. To control the air temperature into the tube
The setpoint of the air temperature into the tube.
The air temperature into the tube is linked to the computed heating temperature.
2. As heating circuit like a rail pipe circuit or a grow pipe circuit to control the greenhouse temperature
The heating element is now starting later than the rail pipe or grow pipe.
If you only want to control the inlet temperature (Unit), the above I actions must be set to 0.
Otherwise the temperature precontrol is influenced by the difference between the greenhouse temperature and the set heating temperature.
