EN - Weigh simulation , manual weight or package count on terminal

Question

How do i register weights in to Work-IT when i don't have a weighbridge connected to the software 

 

Answer

Since Work-IT version 2018-1 we support manually registering weight and/or packages  count on the input terminal. 

Work method : 

1. Employee creates registration in the greenhouse before or after performing task ( start / end registration ) 

    a. Employee number 

    b. Task ( Harvesting ) 

    c. cart number

2. Employee in the packhall receives cart put on the weigh platform. 

    a. Enters the cart number on the terminal ( this links the cart to the registration in the greenhouse ) 

          b .1. take over the weight from the platform indicator and enters it on the terminal. 

          b.2. take over the weight from the platfrom indicator and enters it on the terminal and also count the amount of packages

2a             Count the amount packages and according to the software packages details it calculates the amount of kg's 

   

In the hardware configuration ( hardware.xml ) you need to add the two following lines to the "fixedweightbridgedriver"

        <property name="ManualWeightInput" value="true" />        True = ask for weight ( this only counts for the terminal with ID 003 that's connected to the weightbrige driver ) 

        <property name="ManualAmountPackageInput" value="true" /> True= ask for amount of packages , kg's will be divided over the amount of packages.
