Wednesday June 9, Microsoft released a Windows 10 update that is causing problems on our Windows 10 control stations.
The update ensures that the daily Datacopy backup fails and the alarms “Datacopy failed” and “backup CS failed” appear every day in the iSii alarm overview.




Our iSii developers have made a patch that fixes the problem and that works for all IBSs on Windows 10.

Instructions:
  1. Only use on Windows 10 IBS
  2. Stop iSii background
  3. Open task manager and finish the following tasks:

    1. ControlStationMonitor


    2. SmNotify


  4. Copy the downloaded file “ControlStationManagement.dll” to “C:\Program files (x86)\Hoogendoorn\T40”, overwriting the old version of the file.
  5. Restart IBS PC
