roof washer: fault
roof washer: fault outside period
The roof washer operates automatically. However, a maximum washing time (see alarm: maximal washing time per section) is used to monitor whether the roof washer has completed its task within the specified time. If the maximum washing time is exceeded, a breakdown situation is triggered.
There are two alarm settings to indicate a breakdown. This is in order to be able to offer you a silent alarm. The 'roof washer: breakdown' alarm is always activated in the event of a breakdown. The other alarm depends on the time when the breakdown occurs. The 'roof washer: fault outside period' alarm is activated outside the wash period Signalling by each alarm can be set in accordance with personal preference.
If you wish to have an alarm whenever there is a breakdown, signalling by the 'roof washer: breakdown' alarm can be initiated. Signalling by the 'roof washer: fault outside period' alarm can then be switched off (no unnecessary second signal).
If no signalling within the washing period is required (usually at night), the 'roof washer: fault' alarm can be made a silent alarm (no signals). The time of the overnight breakdown and the location are visible in the alarm report. If the alarm still continues after the washing period, the 'roof washer: fault outside period' alarm will also be activated (with signal).
alarm: maximal washing time per section - h:m
This can be used to set the maximum washing time per section. If the roof washer is still not finished in the section once this maximum washing time has elapsed, the 'roof washer: fault' alarm is triggered. The washing time is recorded in 'counter washing time actual section'.
roof washer release: actuations
This is used to indicate that the roof washer has been released.
- on
A message is transmitted to the roof washer that the climate group may be washed in light of the climate and weather conditions.
roof washer start: actuations
This is used to indicate that the roof washer can start.
- on
A start command is given to the roof washer to enable it to operate.
roof washer: detection
The roof washer activates this detection if it wishes to operate in a bay where this is allowed ('release' actuation must be active). The program responds to this detection by closing the vents and activating the 'start' actuation. Then the roof washer has to start moving. The roof washer has to keep the detection active until the section is finished.
- 1 = the roof washer is moving or is about to move.
- 0 = the roof washer is not moving. The vents may open if the detection is 0 for longer than one minute, a sign that the roof washer is not in the process of changing section.
'roof washer: detection' may not be active if 'actuation release' is not active. If this happens, it indicates there is a fault. The vents do not close and 'actuation start' is not activated in this situation for safety reasons.
