I have misting installed and I want to make the settings for the misting.
How to use misting?



 Answer 


These ViPs are used to control the pulse actuation for pulsed misting. 
The misting intensity can be increased by ViP-influences, via a longer pulse length or via a shorter interval, depending on the conditions.
The interval is automatically extended by means of  'wait timer mist pump'  if the capacity of the connected misting pump is inadequate to supply water to all the active misting groups simultaneously.  




The lenght of the pulse can be influenced by relative humidity, greenhouse temperature or outside radiation like this:



In this example, the pulse length will be longer:
  1. if the relative humidity is 20% to 40% lower than the set RH (in greenhouse climate settings)
  2. if the greenhouse temperature is from 25°C to 27 °C
  3. if the outside radiation is from 800 W/m2 to 1000 W/m2
The maximum calculated pulse length of each influence is 30 seconds.
By using the "Range extender" the total maximum pulse length is 1 minute.
