IIVO - Watchdog relais Finder 86

  
  1. Only 1 watchdog per IIVO control station
  2. Carefully read the installation manual on the PartnerWiki
  3. Check the DIP switches on the timer module

  4. Set the blue potentiometer for the time to approx. 35 sec.
  5. Click the watchdog relay on the DIN rail in the panel

  6. Connect the relay

  7. Connect contact 1 of the watchdog to the central alarm box


  8. Connect contact 2 of the watchdog to the alarm dialer e.g. Octalarm

  9. Add software
    1. Give an understandable name e.g. Watchdog

  10. Add tab and panel for customer
    1. On correct dashboard e.g. Home
    2. Give an understandable name e.g. Watchdog
    3. Select correct parameters for the customer

  11. Release software and set to pulse duration of 15 sec.
  12. Connect hardware to software and check Real time values
  13. Check output signal at the Dataconnector

  14. Test the watchdog
    1. LED on: no alarm
    2. LED flashing: alarm

  15. Explain to the customer
    1. How he/she can recognize the alarm
    2. How the alarm is reset
    3. What he/she should do if this happens often
  16. Refer customer to the IIVO help
